There are outages on the app and the infrastructure doesn't seem to very stable at all. I get laggy behaviour, endpoints taking ages to respond, and I've been bombarded with multiple confirmation and error prompts when trying to book a class at my local club. Fingerprint reader is temperamental, I'm regularly logged out of sessions. The UX for the login screen needs work. Not sure which digital agency you guys got in to build this App, but you guys need to give them a GOOD telling off.

This app is currently rubbish and is preventing me from getting value from my membership! It feels like 99% of the time I try to use it I get an error message ("Oops something went wrong") or it says it's too busy and to try later. On the rare occasion I do get in, it often freezes so I can't complete my booking. I've been a member for nearly 2 years & it used to be ok but has been really bad for the last 2 months. I'm getting really frustrated as I really want to book classes and can't. Grrrr!

Update June 2026: App has actually gotten worse. All sorts of errors when booking now. Didn't think they could make things worse so what an achievement! --- Pretty useless. So many errors and loading screens, hangs all the time and by which point all courts have been booked.
